1. Acceptance of the 44Jili Terms and Conditions

These 44Jili Terms and Conditions form an agreement between the person using the website and 44Jili. The agreement applies to the website, player account, games, promotions, payment tools, and related services made available through 44Jili. References to “you” or “player” mean the registered account holder. References to “we”, “us”, or “the platform” mean 44Jili.

You accept this agreement when you create an account or continue to use 44Jili after the agreement has been displayed. If you do not agree with any section, do not register, deposit, wager, or use the services. 2. Eligibility and legal responsibility

You may use 44Jili only if you are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. 3. Registration and player accounts

Your username, password, one-time codes, and device access details must be kept private. Do not share an account with family members, friends, agents, or other players. Inform 44Jili immediately if you believe your password, mobile number, or payment information has been compromised. The platform may temporarily lock access while account ownership is confirmed. A security restriction is intended to protect the player and does not itself mean that funds have been forfeited.

Duplicate, false, dormant, or improperly transferred accounts may be suspended or closed. If duplicate accounts are identified, 44Jili may consolidate balances, reverse benefits that were obtained more than once, or ask the account holder to select one verified account.

4. Identity, security, and compliance checks

44Jili may carry out know-your-customer, age, address, payment ownership, fraud prevention, and source-of-funds checks. Verification can take place during registration, before a deposit, after unusual account activity, or before a withdrawal. Requested records may include a valid government-issued ID, a selfie or liveness check, proof of address, and evidence that a GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, bank, or card account belongs to you.

Documents must be readable, valid, and unaltered. You must not hide information that is reasonably required for verification. 44Jili may pause transactions while checks are completed and may request additional information when supplied records are inconsistent.

Player data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Verification records may be retained where necessary for security, payment processing, legal compliance, dispute handling, or the prevention of fraud.

5. Deposits, withdrawals, and account balances

Transactions on 44Jili are displayed in Philippine pesos. Available payment methods may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and eligible Visa or Mastercard cards. Availability, minimums, maximums, processing times, and verification steps may differ by method.

You must use a payment account or card held in your own name. Do not deposit on behalf of another player or ask another person to fund your 44Jili account. Third-party transactions may be declined, refunded to the original source, or held for verification.

A deposit is not a bank deposit and does not earn interest. Funds should be added for genuine gaming activity, not to use 44Jili as a money transfer service. If deposits and withdrawals show limited or no play, the platform may request an explanation, apply reasonable processing requirements disclosed to the player, or return funds to the original payment route.

6. Wagers, game results, and settlement

A wager is accepted only when it has been confirmed by the 44Jili system. Adding a selection to a bet slip or pressing a game control does not guarantee acceptance if the transaction has not been recorded. Players must review the stake, selection, odds, table limits, and other details before confirming.

Game-specific rules form part of these 44Jili Terms and Conditions. They may cover minimum stakes, maximum payouts, return-to-player information, interrupted rounds, card procedures, sports settlement, void markets, and jackpot eligibility. If a specific game rule conflicts with a general summary, the clearly displayed specific rule applies to that game or market.

Live casino outcomes are based on the actual event at the table, subject to the relevant game procedures. Slot and electronic game outcomes are generated by the applicable game system. Sports wagers are settled using the official result and the market rules displayed when the wager is accepted.

An obvious technical, pricing, odds, display, or settlement error does not create a valid entitlement to an incorrect payout. 44Jili may correct an affected transaction to the result that would reasonably have applied without the error. 7. Promotions, bonuses, and referral rewards

Unless an offer says otherwise, a player may claim a promotion only once per person, household, mobile number, device, payment method, or shared internet connection. Creating additional accounts, coordinating claims, making opposite wagers, or using low-risk patterns solely to unlock rewards may be treated as bonus abuse.

A bonus may expire if its requirements are not completed within the stated period. When both cash and bonus balances exist, the order in which funds are used will follow the applicable promotion rules. Withdrawing before completing a wagering requirement may cancel the remaining bonus and related bonus winnings.

Referral rewards are available only for genuine new players who register through the recognised process and satisfy the relevant conditions. If suspicious conduct is identified, 44Jili may restrict the account, cancel affected wagers, withhold disputed amounts during review, request documents, or close the account. Any adjustment will be based on the available evidence, the relevant game rules, and these 44Jili Terms and Conditions.

9. Responsible gaming

Gaming should remain affordable entertainment. 44Jili does not promise profit, and every real-money game involves a risk of loss. Set a budget before playing, avoid chasing losses, take regular breaks, and do not use money needed for food, rent, tuition, bills, medicine, debt payments, or family obligations.

Players may use available account controls or request a break from gaming. A self-exclusion or restriction must not be avoided by creating another account. If 44Jili identifies a connected account during an active exclusion, that account may also be restricted.

10. Service availability and interrupted play

Players are responsible for maintaining a suitable device, secure internet connection, and updated browser. 44Jili is not responsible for losses caused solely by a player's device failure, accidental input, weak connection, or disclosure of account credentials.

11. Account decisions and limitation of liability

44Jili may suspend or close an account where required for safety, verification, suspected fraud, responsible gaming, legal compliance, or a material breach of this agreement. Where appropriate, the player may be asked to provide information before a final decision is made.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 44Jili is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from unavailable services, third-party network problems, player error, or use that breaches these 44Jili Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this section excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Closing an account does not automatically remove valid obligations. Confirmed legitimate balances may remain subject to identity checks, unresolved payment reversals, open wagers, bonus conditions, or an active investigation.

12. Updates, complaints, and final provisions

44Jili may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in services, games, payments, security practices, or legal requirements. The revised version becomes effective when published or on a later date stated on the page. If a change materially affects player rights, 44Jili may provide an additional notice through the website or account.

Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised 44Jili Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with a change, stop using the service and request account closure after any open wagers and legitimate balance matters have been resolved.

If you have a concern, provide your account details, transaction reference, relevant date, game or event name, and a clear description of what happened. 44Jili may review account records, game logs, communications, and payment information to investigate. Please avoid sending passwords or one-time codes.

If one part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not mean that the right has been waived.
